Faculty Mobility Programs
The University of M‡laga offers faculty mobility programs within the Erasmus framework, and in accordance with the Subsidy Agreement signed by the Autonomous Institution for European Educational Programs (OAPEE) and the University of M‡laga. These mobility programs allow faculty to participate in international stays in universities of the European Union, the Economic European Space (Island, Liechtenstein, and Norway) and Turkey. These programs are called "Teaching Missions" and faculty members are expected to participate in teaching activities in the target institution. The subsidy would compensate for the additional expenses that professors may have while (travel expenses and the higher cost of living in the receiving country).
There are also the so-called "Preparatory Visits" which are designed to promote cooperation between different departments, university schools or institutions with which bilateral agreements have not yet been signed.
